Through a variety of platforms, we offer live streaming, technical host services for your virtual meeting, as well as the ability to assist you in hosting a virtual conference.

In our virtual studio space, we provide your emcee & local keynote speakers with audio, lighting & technical assistance while they engage your participants.

Our virtual conference platform provides a full conference experience. This includes registration, the ability to showcase sponsors, an exhibitor hall where exhibitors can interact with attendees one on one, and ways for attendees to network, communicate, and gather. Conferences & Meetings

We know that logistics are the key to an event running smoothly & we work with our clients during the planning stage to ensure we understand their event goals. As the AV experts in the group, we provide options & scenarios so our clients can make educated decisions to best suit their needs. This upfront work, coupled with our in-depth knowledge & experience of local facilities & state-of-the-art equipment inventory, is how we have built so many great working relationships & friendships with our clients.

Depending on how many people attend the event & the size of the room, live feed (IMAG) services can be utilized to show an enlarged image of the stage / presenter onto the projection screens in the room, with the use of one or more video cameras, to ensure no one has a ‘bad seat’.

Our team is equipped with the tools & experience to handle your event’s sound, video, & lighting.

Concerts, Entertainment & Festivals

We offer concert & entertainment services with our large inventory of audio, video, lighting & special effects. Our on-site technicians & premium gear ensure the best possible outcome for your event. From community festivals to touring performers, we review the technical rider, source any additional equipment, & work with the band’s management team to fulfill the needs of the performers.
